Both our furnished and unfurnished townhomes are priced at a flat rate, under $685 per person, per room. Each room includes a private bathroom.
Leases for both furnished and unfurnished, 2,000+ sqft, 4-bedroom units are signed on a per-resident basis. This way, you will not be held legally responsible for any lease other than your own, no matter who your roommates are.
You don’t need to have roommates ready to sign a lease. Sign with three roommates, or we can match you with additional roommates based on your personality and interests.
